Privacy Policy

Sticker Album · Effective 20 August 2026

This policy explains what Sticker Album collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the iOS and Android versions of the app. Sticker Album is an independent collecting game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any football federation, league, club or governing body.

The short version. There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number. The app does show ads, and those ads can be personalised if you allow it. You can change that decision at any time in Settings → Privacy options inside the app.

1. What we collect

You give us

The app creates

Collected automatically by the services we use

2. Who processes your data, and for what

ServiceWhat it receivesWhy
Google AdMob
Google policy
Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) where allowed, ad interactions, approximate location, device and app information Serving and measuring the ads that keep the app free
Google Analytics for Firebase Anonymous usage events, screen views, device model, OS, language, country Understanding which parts of the game people use
Firebase Crashlytics Crash stack traces and device state at the moment of a crash Finding and fixing crashes
RevenueCat, with Apple App Store or Google Play Purchase receipt, transaction identifier, product identifier Confirming a coin pack purchase is genuine and crediting it

Payment details never reach us. Your card number, billing address and Apple or Google account details are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We only ever see a receipt confirming that a purchase happened.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

3. Advertising and your choices

The app is free and is paid for by ads. There are two kinds:

Which one you see is your decision, and you can change it whenever you like.

Inside the app

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or a US state with an applicable privacy law, a consent screen appears the first time you open the app. To revisit it later, open Settings → Privacy options. Withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it, and it takes effect straight away.

On your device

Turning personalisation off does not remove the ads and does not reduce anything in the game. It only makes the ads less relevant.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

PurposeBasis
Running the game, saving progress, honouring purchases Performance of a contract
Personalised advertising and the advertising identifier Your consent, given through the in-app consent screen
Non-personalised advertising, crash reporting, security and fraud prevention Legitimate interests in keeping the app free, working and safe
Appearing on the leaderboard Your consent, given by choosing a nickname and playing

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place before you withdrew.

5. International transfers

Google, Firebase and RevenueCat operate globally, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, depending on the destination.

6. How long we keep it

DataKept for
Data you provided, such as a nicknameWhile you use the app, plus 12 months
Automatically collected dataUp to 24 months
Aggregated data that can no longer identify anyoneIndefinitely

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

To make a request, email support@appscorex.com. Because there is no account, include your installation identifier so we can find your data. You will find it in the app under Settings → About. We reply within 30 days.

You can also delete everything yourself at any time: Settings → Reset progress clears the data held on your device, and removing the app deletes the rest of the local copy.

8. Children

Sticker Album is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to support@appscorex.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. The installation identifier is held in your device's secure storage where the platform supports it. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat any weakness we find as urgent.

10. If something goes wrong

If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and we will tell affected users directly where the law requires it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
